Pre-Orders

 Shipping

Pre-Order shipping can be prepaid or paid later. If you choose pay later, you will have a separate invoice for shipping upon release. If you have multiple pre-orders within the same month, we will combine the orders together. If you would like for us to hold items, please contact us via e-mail at support@goodgameanime.com.

Arrival Dates

The arrival dates are estimated times we will receive the items. Please note that shipping delays may occur and we will not be able to guarantee on time arrivals.

Release

We will send out an e-mailed invoice for shipping to release your pre-order if you choose the pay later option. Please add support@goodgameanime.com to your e-mail whitelist. If you choose the prepaid shipping, we will send it out as soon as it arrives.

Customer Cancellations

There is no penalty if you choose to cancel a pre-order. You can reach us at support@goodgameanime.com.

Good Game Anime Cancellations

Since we are a small shop, there may be times where our suppliers may short us inventory. In this circumstance, we may have to cancel order based on the latest pre-order. We deeply apologize in advance if this happens.

We will attempt to contact you via e-mail on file at least 5 times with a least 2 days in between each e-mail before we may choose to cancel your pre-order. If you are expecting a pre-order, please be sure to check your spam folders or send us a message to check on the status. Cancellations for unpaid shipping will have a 7 day grace period before we relist the items.
