Shipping
Pre-Order shipping is prepaid. If you have a mixed cart of pre-orders with different dates, you will have a separate invoice for shipping upon release or request to hold until all have arrived. Please contact us via e-mail at support@goodgameanime.com for any other questions.
Arrival Dates
Pre-orders are not guaranteed to arrive by any specific date. Estimated arrival windows are provided as a courtesy based on the best information available at the time of listing, but they are subject to change without notice.
Several factors outside of our control can affect delivery timelines, including:
Manufacturer production schedules - Delays, design revisions, or quality control issues on the manufacturer's end can push back release dates.
Overseas shipping and customs - Shipments may be impacted by freight delays, port congestion, customs inspections, weather, and other logistical disruptions.
Distributor channels - We purchase our inventory through an authorized distributor rather than directly from the manufacturer. This means we do not have direct contact with the production source, and we receive updates on the same timeline as other retailers.
Release
We will send it out as soon as it arrives or if you have a mixed cart of pre-orders, we will wait until all items arrive before release.
Order Updates
If your pre-order estimated dates are within the month or out in advance, rest assured it will be held/sent out when it arrives. We have tons of pre-orders and may not always have time to list them and keep up with any delays. When we are ready to list them, we will post them so that everyone can see.
Customer Cancellations
There is no penalty if you choose to cancel a pre-order. You can reach us at support@goodgameanime.com.
