All of our items are shipped from our store address: 2615 Westbank Expy Ste B, Harvey, LA 70058

We do not drop ship!

We do our best when shipping your items and make sure to cushion well with bubble wrap, air pockets, and packing paper. Your package may come in a recycled cardboard box if we cannot find the appropriate size. We cannot guarantee mint items on arrival. We will contact you if the remaining stock of your ordered item is dented before shipping. Please use a valid e-mail address and be sure to check your spam folders for support@goodgameanime.com.

When your order is shipped, we will send out an e-mail with tracking information.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays. If an order is placed on Saturday and Sunday, the order will be shipped out Monday.

Domestic

We offer $8 flat rate shipping on all US48 orders!

International

All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout. Tax, customs, and duties are responsible to the customer.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders in cart will incur a separate $8 flat rate shipping charge. If you have multiple pre-orders within the same month, we will combine the orders together and refund any extra shipping charges. Pre-Orders with different release dates can be combined to save on shipping cost.

Additional shipping charges will incur on split date pre-orders. 

For example:

You purchase A and B.

A releases January and B releases March. We will ask to ship January order $8 flat rate and in March we will ask again for $8 shipping.
